Information and purpose
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, message and selected service. An organisation name is optional. The system also records the enquiry reference, submission time and review status.
We use these details to understand and respond to the request and manage the related correspondence. Name, email and message are required for this form to accept an enquiry. You can choose whether to contact us; leaving required fields empty prevents submission.
Where an individual asks us to take steps towards a possible contract, necessary processing can rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. General business correspondence can rely on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in receiving and answering enquiries. The basis depends on the nature of the request.
Please leave confidential documents and sensitive personal information out of an initial enquiry. A service that needs further documentation requires an appropriate way to provide it.
Storage and retention
Enquiry records are held in the website’s private enquiry queue and scheduled for deletion after 90 days by a daily retention process. Records needed for a resulting client engagement or a legal obligation are handled separately under the applicable arrangement.
Access is intended for the people authorised to handle the enquiry. This website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are saved server-side in private Vercel Blob storage in Frankfurt, Germany. No enquiry information is exposed through a public retrieval endpoint, and no email notification service is configured. Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum describes its service-provider arrangements and safeguards for international transfers.
The application temporarily uses request-network information to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored with the enquiry record. The form does not use an enquiry to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact the privacy address above with enough information to identify your request. We may need to confirm your identity before providing personal information.
You may also raise a concern with Portugal’s data-protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
