Website enquiries
When you contact us through the website, we receive your name, email address, message and selected service. Your organisation is optional. We also keep the enquiry reference, submission time and review status so we can follow up the request.
We use this information to assess and answer your enquiry, arrange any requested discussion and keep the related correspondence together. Name, email and a message are needed to submit the form. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list.
For steps you ask us to take towards a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For other business correspondence, we rely on Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in receiving and answering relevant enquiries. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Keep confidential documents and sensitive personal information out of an initial message. If an engagement needs further records, we agree an appropriate way to provide them and the applicable data-handling arrangements.
Hosting, language and security
Vercel hosts the website and processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested URLs, to deliver the site and protect the service. Our form also uses validation, a hidden anti-spam field and request limits to reduce misuse.
For an initial language, we use the country code Vercel derives from the connection’s IP address. Portuguese-speaking countries receive Portuguese; other countries receive English. Browser language provides a fallback when a country is unavailable. A language you select takes priority on later visits.
We do not request device-location permission. Language selection does not create a separate visitor-location profile. Our legitimate interest in making the website usable and secure supports this limited technical processing.
The public website has no configured advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and media are served with the website. The cookie policy explains the language and notice preferences. You can review them through .
Content workspace
Authorised editors sign in through Clerk using Google or Microsoft. We use the account identifier, verified email address, display name and assigned role to check access and operate the workspace. Signing in does not grant permission to edit the website.
Clerk processes sign-in and security information. Google or Microsoft handles the account login you choose. The workspace keeps browser preferences and recovery drafts for the signed-in editor; signing out removes EVSP’s account-specific editor storage.
Access control and the security of company content form our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Relevant staff or contractual arrangements may provide additional terms for authorised users.
Retention and service providers
Website enquiries are stored in a private Vercel Blob queue in Frankfurt, Germany. A daily process deletes queue records after 90 days. The enquiry endpoint does not offer public access to those records. This website does not currently send enquiry email notifications.
If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the necessary correspondence and client records are handled separately. Contractual, accounting or other legal obligations may require a different retention period. We explain those arrangements as part of the relevant service.
People authorised to handle enquiries or company content can access the information their work requires. Vercel provides hosting and storage; Clerk provides workspace authentication. Their operational and security records follow the providers’ applicable retention arrangements. We do not sell website enquiry information.
Provider processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. Their data-processing agreements describe the applicable safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. You can request further information from us. See the Vercel data-processing agreement and Clerk data-processing agreement.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion or restriction where the relevant conditions apply. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where the legal requirements are met.
Contact us using the address above and explain the request. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we explain it within that first month.
You can complain to Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work. We update this notice when the website’s processing changes; the date above identifies this version.
